- The rate of exchange is calculated at 1 EUR = Rs 82 Any fluctuations will alter the cost
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- A deposit of Rs 50,000 per person will be payable at the time of booking
- At the time of making the booking, please send a copy of the first page of your passport
- Balance payment is to be made by 15th July 2023
- All rates are subject to a revision if there is a fluctuation in the currency rates
- Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions
- This tour is subject to a minimum of 12 people travelling
- Should you wish to cancel any part or all of a confirmed booking / reservation, intimation of all such cancellations must be advised in writing
- Odyssey Tours & Travels will not be responsible for any visa rejection by the consulate
- Cancellations effected between the date of booking and 15th July 2023 will attract a cancellation fee of Rs 20000 pp
- Cancellation from 15th July to 31st August 2023 will attract a fee of 50% of the total cost
- Cancellation from 1st September 2023 onwards be charged 100% of the total cost
- No refund will be due after commencement of travel
- Refunds due can take up to 5 weeks to process
