- The cost is based on a minimum of 12 guests travelling together.
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.
- The vehicles for the transfers are arranged based on one big piece of luggage and one small piece of luggage per person as the baggage limit.
- All costs are based on accommodation as mentioned or similar
- Rooms in some of the hotels may be different for different guests and are randomly allocated.

- A deposit of EUR 1000 per person is required at the time of booking.

The tour operator can make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or other elements of the package to suit any local changes.
Cancellation terms:- If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement, if applicable.
- Any cancellations made more than 13 weeks prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs 10000 service fees.
- Any cancellations made within 13 weeks before arrival: 25% cancellation charges
- Any cancellations made between 13 and 9 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation charges
- Any cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival: Non-refundable
