The tour will operate with a minimum of 10 guests
This cost is applicable to Indian passport holders only
The rate of exchange is calculated at 1 EUR = Rs 80. Any fluctuations will alter the cost

Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A deposit of Rs 30,000 per person will be payable at the time of booking
At the time of making the booking, please send a copy of the first page of your passport
Balance payment is to be made by 15th January 2023
All rates are subject to a revision if there is a fluctuation in the currency rates
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions
This tour is subject to a minimum of 10 people travelling

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Should you wish to cancel any part or all of a confirmed booking / reservation, intimation of all such cancellations must be advised in writing
Odyssey Tours & Travels will not be responsible for any visa rejection by the consulate
Cancellations effected between 1st January and 15th January 2023 will attract a cancellation fee of Rs 30000 pp
Cancellation from 15th January to 15th February 2023 will attract a fee of 50% of the total cost
Cancellation from 16th February 2023 be charged 100% of the total cost
No refund will be due after commencement of travel
Refunds due can take up to 5 weeks to process
