Please Note:
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary.
- In case of bad weather, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.
- The vehicles for the transfers are arranged based on one big piece of luggage and one small piece of luggage per person as the baggage limit.
- Northern lights are a natural phenomenon, and a chance of sightseeing is a matter or luck.
- All room sizes may not be the same and will be randomly allocated by the hotel
- Rooms may be small in Finland
- All meals will be local (veg and non veg)
- Snowmobile costs are based on 2 people per snowmobile. The driver must have a license.
- Winter Gear can be provided at a cost of EUR 89pp for the entire trip on rent.
Payment Terms
- A non refundable payment of EUR 2500 per person is required at the time of booking
- Balance is payable 100 days prior to start of the tour
The tour operator can make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or other elements of the package to suit any local changes.
Cancellation terms:- 50% of the tour cost is non refundable once booked
- Any cancellations made within 100 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund
