- The Konark Dance & Music Festival is dependent on the government and the plan and programme is subject to last minute changes.
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary.
- In case of bad weather, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.
- The vehicles for the transfers are arranged based on one big piece of luggage and one small piece of luggage per person as the baggage limit.
- All room sizes may not be the same and will be randomly allocated by the hotel

- A deposit of Rs. 30000 per person is required at the time of booking
- Balance is payable 45 days prior to start of the tour

Cancellation Terms:- If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement, if applicable
- Any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs. 10000 service fees
- Any cancellations made within 60 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost
- Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund
