- Any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund less Rs 10000 service fees
- Any cancellations made within 60 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost
- Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund
