ACCOMMODATION
- All costs are based on accommodation as mentioned or similar
- Rooms in some of the hotels may be different for different guests and are randomly allocated
- Hotels in Uzbekistan (other than Tashkent) are heritage buildings and rooms may not be as per the international standards
- Meals will be in local restaurants
- The cost is based on a minimum of 12 guests travelling together.
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary.
- In case of unforseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.
- The vehicles for the transfers are arranged based on one big piece of luggage and one small piece of luggage per person as the baggage limit.
PAYMENT TERMS
- A deposit of Rs. 30000 per person is required at the time of booking
- Balance is payable 60 days prior to start of the tour
The tour operator can make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or other elements of the package to suit any local changes.
Cancellation terms:- If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement, if applicable
- Any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs. 10000 service fees
- Any cancellations made within 60 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost
- Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund
